TAKE NOTICE that on approval of this application, Applicant will electronically transfer the relevant amount into the mentioned account and on return with proof of payment BEFORE the Lease Agreement will be completed and the property secured for occupation for the Applicant.

Student ID and enrolment confirmation. Student Card, Parents ID, latest payslip and confirmation of residential address.

Kamano real estate will claim your monthly allowance directly from your sponsor or institution)
You must pay your full deposit and first months rent to be able to occupy the accommodation
You must have copies of your parent/sponsor information as requested below
You must submit proof that your accommodation allowance is approved for the 2026 academic year.
